This quiz is available for 1 CPEU credits. To qualify for the CPEU credits, you must correctly answer 70 percent of the questions.
Taking the Quiz
- All fields must be filled out and all questions must be answered to complete the quiz.
- When you're ready to submit the quiz, click on the "Submit Answers" button after the last the question.
- After submitting your answers your score will appear near the top of the quiz. You will also be able to review your results for individual questions. For each question, the correct answer will be highlighted.

Download the certificate of completion. It will appear in your browser window as a PDF; print the certificate from this page or right-click to download and save.
Print and fill out the certificate for your records. Retain a copy for your portfolio and licensure needs. Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) and Dietetic Technicians, Registered (DTRs) will need to manually log this activity in the Step 4 CPE Activity Log. It is up to the practitioner to determine which learning needs code is most appropriate for his or her portfolio.
