One-on-one nutrition coaching begins with a 60-minute initial assessment and goal-setting session. Follow-up appointments may be 45 to 60 minutes, and will be tailored to your specific needs and goals. Specific actions may include meal, menu, and hydration strategies, plans for fueling before/during/after training/competition, building habits for success, and more.
