2011 Nutrition Care Manual Webinar for the SCAN DPG
This Webinar is for existing subscribers to the Nutrition Care Manual (NCM) and those interested in learning more about the Sports Nutrition Care Manual (SNCM®). It reviews the features and benefits of the NCM/SNCM, navigation, NCM updates for 2011, and topics of concern to SCAN members. The Sports Nutrition Care Manual includes: research-based nutrition information written by Board Certified Specialists in Sports Dietetics (CSSDs); printable client education handouts and meal plans; calculators for BMI, energy expenditure, recovery/protein needs, sweat rate, lean body mass, and healthy body weight; online customization tools, including sticky notes, highlighting, email a page, and other useful functions; links to the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) website, including information on becoming a CSSD.
