Hello my name is Erin Lanza, I am a student at California Baptist University and I intern at UCR with their Wellness Programm. I will be graduating in the spring with a BS in Kinesiology and I am looking at recieving my Masters in Dieteics. I cycle 6-10 hours a week and I very interested in learning about the proper nutrition I need to have the best performance; with ideal body weight and body fat. I was wondering where your practice is? What is your consultation fee? What does your consultation include? Do you accept insurance? I look forward to hearing from you!

Congrats on completing your BS in Kinesiology. I enjoyed my work as an undergrad in the field. Dietetics and Kinesiology are a great complement to each other.
I just started my private practice so I am only set up to take cash or checks. I have not ventured into the land of insurance payments or credit cards. I am still working full time as a dietitian so I don’t have my own office space, all of my consults are done at my clients’ homes. My fee for the initial visit is $85. Prior to the initial visit, I have my clients complete a 3 day food log. The first visit usually last 40 - 50 minutes and after the meeting I run a diet analysis on the 3 day food log. From the information that I obtain from the visit and the analysis I will create a sample meal plan for 3 days. Included will be ideas for fueling for training and ways to meet nutritional goals. I usually like to follow up with my clients in 3 months to evaluate how the recommendations are working and what things are not working so well. The follow-up visit is usually around 30 minutes and I charge $50.
Please let me know if you would like to set up an appointment. You can reach me at me email grhwellness@gmail.com or by phone at 330-221-4710. I look foward to talking with you.
