hi my name is kurt and im a 17 male and i was ondering if you were able to give me somemeal plans that are simple combining carbs protein and fats and its been making me stressed out. i work out 4-5 times a week 3 days lifting and 1-2 cardio. i weigh 135 and want to pack n muscle but i used to weigh 220 but extemeley out of shape and i dont want to gain the weight back. so if you can please help me just get a good meal plan together it would mean a lot. thanks
At this time I do not do personal counseling but there is a great book to help you plan meals and snacks to meet your goals. The book is easy to read and follow, inexpensive and has realiable information and meal ideas using regular food, without trying to sell you special supplements or other hype. It is called Nancy Clark's Sports Nutrition Guidebook, 2nd edtion.
