SCAN Member 20% Discount Eligibility: Active 2015-2016 Members are eligible for a 20% discount off the non-member registration rate.

Oregon Academy 20% Discount Eligibility: Active 2015-2016 Oregon Academy Members are eligible for a 20% discount off the non-member registration rate. If you are an Oregon SCAN Member, your total discount is 20%.  CLICK HERE to contact the SCAN office to receive your discount code.

Network Member 10% Discount Eligibility: SCAN's Network Organization members are eligible for a 10% discount off the non-member registration rate. Select the "Network Members" rate and indicate your membership organization affiliation.

February 8, 2016: Early Bird Registration Deadline

After February 8: A $50 and $25 fee will be applied to Full Registration Rates for Professionals and Students, respectively, and a $10 late fee will be applied to all Daily Registration Rates.

Cancellation Policy: Symposium Registration is refundable, but a fee of $50 will be applied to any registration cancelled after February 8, 2016.

Note: All registration for the 2016 Symposium must be conducted online as we cannot accept mail in registration. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Hilton Portland has two towers; all of the educational/social events will be in the Main Tower. SCAN's room block is split between the two towers. The price for the main tower is 169.00+tax. The price for the Executive Tower is 179.00+tax (due to increased amenities in the Executive Tower). A limited number of double and king rooms are available.

Poster Sessions

Practitioners, graduate students, and undergraduate students are invited to submit abstracts for the 2016 Symposium poster sessions. Posters will be judged and cash prizes awarded to the first place poster of the following categories; Professional, Graduate and Undergraduate Student Students ​(category based on 2015-2016 SCAN/Academy Membership Status). Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of booth space must be made via email with refund of 50% of cost of contracted space if cancellation request is received in the SCAN Office by February 8, 2016. Cancellation after February 8, 2016 will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

Student Volunteers

If you are a student and interested in volunteering at Symposium please complete the SCAN Volunteer Form on our website and select ‘Symposium’ when indicating your main volunteer interest. A SCAN representative will be in contact with you. Students who are selected to assist during Symposium are required to volunteer eight (8) hours of time in exchange for a full conference registration.
